The Navajo Sandal was born on the streets of Capri and brought to America by style icon and First Lady, Jacqueline Kennedy. Originally, they were made by small cobblers in Palm Beach but Jack Rogers expanded the production in 1961 and they were immediately a huge hit. A half-century later Jack Rogers are still made by hand in Florida.
We love the navy and red all summer but particularly for parade and firework watching on the 4th of July!
Check out Jack Rogers (and fabulous pictures of Jackie Kennedy) here.
